Returns, Exchange & Refund Policies
We offer Easy Exchanges of our products, within 5 days of date of delivery. We charge a small amount of ₹ 99 for the shipping and courier fees for exchanging the order.
Shipping & Tracking my order
Once you place the order, we dispatch the order within 1-3 days timeline. Prepaid order dispatches are faster than COD Orders. COD orders are dispatched after call confirmation. If you are looking for the best shipping times, we recommend going with prepaid payment option.

Yes! We offer COD across India with a small additional charge of ₹ 49.

We offer All India Free shipping. For COD orders only, a additional amount of ₹ 49 is charged.
What if the product doesn't fit me?
No problem we will exchange the product if it doesn't fit you properly with a nominal convenience and shipping charge of ₹ 99. Contact us at support@wondorz.com.
What if the product is defective?
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at support@wondorz.com and we will replace the defective product.

We use PayTM, Razorpay, Phonepe, PayU as Payment Gateway which are widely used and are one of the best Payment Gateway in India for online transactions.
