Shipping policy

Order Processing
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Time
For most serviceable pin codes, delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking link on your WhatsApp.

Delivery Issues
We use third-party courier partners for shipping. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, please inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We will not be responsible for issues reported after this 2-day period, especially if the courier company refuses to investigate the matter.
