Thank you for shopping at Wondorz. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product."

Exchange Policy:

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery at no additional pickup cost.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
  • Please notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  • Reverse pickup typically takes around 2 working days.
  • After receiving the returned product, we conduct a quality check.
  • After quality check we dispatch the new product to you.
  • If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged product, the difference amount must be paid.                                                                               
  • Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.

Return & Replacement Policy:

At Wondorz, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (wrong print, damaged print, stitching issue, stain, or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video). After verification, we will promptly ship a replacement product.

  • Please note that product colours may slightly vary due to screen resolution differences.
  • Since all products are made-to-order (custom cutting and printing), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is processed.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation request for your order can be made within 3 hours of placing the order through the Wondorz support email: support@wondorz.com.

If the order has already been shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.


Things to Consider:

Customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

The color of the product(s) may vary slightly based on the customer’s screen resolution.

Please provide your WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.

If the customer receives a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, they must raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For safety, we strongly recommend making an unboxing video of the parcel.
