When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

How long will delivery take?

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on your shipping address and factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. For certain locations in Jammu & Kashmir and the North East region, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

What is our exchange policy?

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery at no additional pickup cost.

• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
• Please notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
• Reverse pickup usually takes around 2 working days.
• Upon receiving the returned product and completing the quality check, the new product will be dispatched to you.
• If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged product, the difference must be paid.
• Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.

What Is our Cancellation Policy?

• Cancellation requests can be made within 3 hours of placing the order through the Cotton Canvas website.
• To cancel your order, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email at support@cottoncanvas.co.in.
• If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

What Should You Consider Before Placing an Order?

• We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully to ensure the perfect fit before placing your order.
• The color of the product(s) may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen resolution.
• Please provide your WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and a smoother shopping experience.
• If you receive a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, you must raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For safety purposes, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel.
